Ensured the protection of vital information and made educated recommendations on both the processes of information sharing as well as appropriate content of requested material. • Produced and reviewed documents, reports, and inner-office communication for attorneys and other managers; utilized automation software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to develop documents and reports from rough draft to final form demonstrating expert knowledge of software tools including references, tables and other similar advanced features. Proofread all documents to ensure proper format, spelling and punctuation. • Conducted legal research on complex factual and legal issues. Assembled, correlated and analyzed material. Drew logical conclusions and formulated opinions based on sound legal positions. Reviewed and requested documentary evidence. Used computer-aided legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. • Examined and reviewed records and case files, assembled case records and arranged documents. Organized and maintained evidentiary materials. Requested case information when needed. Analyzed and evaluated information as well as sensitive and complex data. Developed facts of cases and determined sufficiency of evidence. Secured missing information. Reviewed evidentiary materials and detected deficiencies. • Researched and analyzed legal documents, statutes, rules and case files. Analyzed subpoenaed documents to retrieve pertinent facts and information. Ensured adequacy, completeness and appropriateness of all documented information. Tracked and monitored progress of all cases. Followed up for additional documents and other information. Developed and maintained electronic records for all clients ensuring currency and accuracy. • Worked closely with hearing office and medical records personnel and disability adjudicators to obtain and analyze information on clients’ behalf, including collecting, compiling and/or tracking data/statistical information in support of program operations. • Maintained efficiency and economy in office operation and streamlined processes and administrative practices as needed. Maintained and coordinated files both electronically and manually. Established flow and control system for correspondence and files. Updated databases to reflect current information. Demonstrated ability to handle substantial workloads through the prioritization of tasks
