Daily Duties at Health Quest Technologies, Llc:
• Analyze various techniques, procedures and trends affecting sales to determine the effectiveness as well as goals and objectives. Apply sophisticated quantitative, qualitative and analytical techniques to recommend solutions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and apply performance metrics to measure effectiveness of operations and prepare alternatives to better meet program goals and objectives. Gather, review, and analyze statistical data. Identify deficiencies and recommend and implement improvements to increase sales. Monitor remedial actions to ensure program deficiencies and weaknesses are addressed. • Instituted a technology-based and user-friendly warranty tracking system that was used by clients, customer service personnel and members of the product distribution team; system was widely and positively accepted due to its ability to improve accuracy, productivity and efficiencies while reducing mistakes. • Independently planned and organized work; set priorities to ensure optimal performance and results. Identified opportunities for cost reductions in terms of time and resource usage and recommend solutions for procedural inefficiencies. • Served as Project Manager, providing planning, design and management; performed QA actions, working with customer base to assure product satisfaction. • Oversaw budget formulation and execution procedures. Developed and implemented budgets to cover costs of supplies, equipment and services, such as personnel training and travel expenses. Analyzed budget patterns, projected expenditures and prepared approved budget. • Oversaw HR duties to include developing staff-focused training manuals and written policies/procedures based on accumulated data and information. • Knowledge of organizational principles; maintained and coordinated files both electronically and manually. Updated database to reflect current information. Demonstrated ability to handle substantial workloads through the prioritization of tasks. • Comprehensively managed all procurement and purchasing operations, contract compliance from large manufacturing equipment and major capital systems to office equipment and supplies; Developed requisitions, wrote purchase orders and negotiated contracts to obtain best competitive pricing, and oversaw all shipping/receiving activities; Specifically developed vendor relationships with individuals/companies from diverse backgrounds and cultures, particularly focusing on the Asian market, to support and drive product development for wholesale/retail markets; Interfaced with vendors throughout entire process, from concept and design to finished product; Additionally, to ensure best prices and strong control over all shipping functions, from manufacturer to warehouse, developed close working relationships with U.S. Customs, domestic and international freight forwarders/carriers.
