Daily Duties at Thermo Fisher Scientific:

Manage the customer experience within the CMD division and Unity Lab services. This included: -Managing the survey program across all functions and geographies. -Drive global, standardized KPIs (Key Performance Indicators across all functions and geographies. -Manage a team of commercial quality managers, which collected, reported and drove improvement exceptions through the quality system. -Manage a team of quality engineers that drove ISO compliance and managed the report aspect of the ISO program and Clinical trials quality process. -Manage a global team of practical process improvement (PPI) managers, who trained all employees on PPI and lean processes. -Drive cost savings initiatives through the PPI process -Create various reporting dashboards for the executive team as well as the functional managers.
