Recruited and managed staff including managers, IT, customer service, administrative and field staff. Served as trusted adviser to CEO and Board of Directors, actively participating in operations review and strategic planning, opening Long Beach company branch, and creating HR policies. Sourced and selected vendors, having negotiated contracts for Employee Benefit, HRIS and Payroll Systems. Developed employee handbook covering disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA, and benefits policy.
