Daily Duties at Baco Realty Corporation:
Provide leadership and technical direction to 3 direct reports. Recruit, hire, manage and train team to maintain facility, negotiate lease agreements and collections. Coach and lead team in providing excellent customer service for over 800 tenants. Plan, coordinate, and track scope of work on preventive maintenance, improvements and repair projects. Perform risk assessment, conduct safety inspections, provide safety training and conduct audits
