Daily Duties at Freelance Hr, Recruiting Consulting:
Assist clients with strategically integrating effective HR processes, programs, and practices into their daily operations. Develop recruiting strategies, training, and employee relations solutions that support business strategy. Consult with clients to determine compliance with OFCCP, EEO, AA, FMLA and employment law. Facilitated sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion training programs and implemented systems for identifying and tracking compliance with state and federal leave laws.
