Daily Duties at Resurgens Risk Management Inc:
Handle customer service responsibilities related to all types of insurance policies, Supervise staff, improve internal financial controls, and procedure, Bookkeeper, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, general ledger, customer service, reconciliation, inventory control, office management, and process payroll, Monitor financial reports daily (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trail Balance Sheet, A/R, A/P, Producer Commissions, and more), Prepare annual budget reports as well as monthly and quarterly forecasting, Maintain the agency’s books, while monitoring the agencies financial position, Implementing company procedures and maintaining chart of accounts, Invoice/Collect premiums and fees from municipality accounts such as the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, Marta, City of East Point, Federal Accounts, and more, Invoice/Collect insured’s for his or her premiums/verify that the agency’s commission is correct, Agency commission reconciliation, Renew business licensing, certifications, agents license, and more, Make financial decisions for the company’s best interest, Agency Management System (AMS, Nexsure, Quickbooks, DocStar, Sentryfile)
