Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Services :
•Oversaw $10B Multiple Services Division with staff of 25. Spearhead development of business audit plans; utilized annual risk assessments of business process and IT control models to determine areas of review. Conducted internal financial reviews of specific programs, joint ventures, and divisional operations. Created and documented key accounting processes, and implemented numerous special projects and offered expertise to advise several company business councils. Lead interface on all external, internal and governmental audit (DCAA) issues. Performed field audits at program locations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; prepared audit reports of findings, and followed-up on corrective actions. Forged lasting relationships and built trust with program management and prepared programs for successful outcomes of upcoming government compliance audits. Assurance management that all risks and potential questioned costs were kept at a minimum. Managed year-end costs to support annual incurred cost submission to Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) of internal controls to ensure compliance with provisions of Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
