As Lead Business Analyst for State of South Carolina TOP, Debt Financial Accounting, Project DoIT group, system integration project, providing project business requirements, high-level vision documents, user cases, user acceptance testing of a solution to implement the Treasury Offset Program (TOP) on a COBOL Enterprise IBM Mainframe CSIS Cobol system. Working in a RUP Agile SDLC process phases while working closely with business and development to collaborate with others on cross-functional teams. This is integration and some custom development initiative. As part of this project I am responsible for researching how other states implemented TOP so we could learn from solutions that worked and problems they found so we can avoid repeating the same mistakes and put into operation workable solutions.
