Daily Duties at University Of Charleston:
In this position, I engineered a major technology infrastructure upgrade program to meet the University’s growth objectives and to meet the demands of the 21st Century student’s online lifestyle while reducing operating costs. This program consisted of numerous projects ranging from development of architectural guidelines, execution plans, security and access policies, outsourcing and funding options, deployment plan/schedules and creation of BOK at program closure.
