Daily Duties at Cristal Usa Inc:

Provide manufacturing accounting support for the site and related activities including journal preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, Price usage variance analysis, performance analysis and other month end close reporting. • Responsible for yearly budget coordination, preparation and submission for the site as well as monthly & weekly forecasting and outlook. • Preparation of quarterly KPIs for the site for bonus payments. • Provide innovative and cost-effective support for the site team including assisting cost optimization and supporting cost improvement programs. • Report on operational performance and review and approve Contracts. • Responsible for the processing of utility invoices via pipeline and working closely with AP & Purchasing departments to ensure proper GR/IR procedures are followed on all purchases and disbursements as well as monitoring the PPV account. • Preparation and booking of Inventory Revaluation entries on a monthly basis. • Support the Enterprise’s commitment to ensuring effective accounting process and internal controls are in place and accounting standards are legally & SOX compliant by carrying out internal audit activities on T&E statements, P- Card statements, Payroll, Raw Materials, Fixed Assets Obsolescence review & Annual FG Physical Inventory. • Responsible for the Capital administration and asset accounting for the Site. • Maintain collaborative effort with Finance teams locally and overseas to share best practices.
