Daily Duties at Cristal Usa Inc:
Responsible for month end close procedures for the US region. Analysis of month end close results based on the financial statements for the US region and other month end close reporting to senior management. Responsible for the preparation of certain Account Reconciliations, both cash and non cash. Responsible for the review of majority of Account Reconciliations for the US region. Preparation of various government reports and surveys on a quarterly and annual basis. Carrying out SAP FI duties such as master data changes to G/Ls,cost centers and profit centers. Responsible for maintaining recurring entries making sure prepaids are amortized correctly and accruals are properly recorded. Preparation of quarterly and annual allocation reports to the various regions e.g Insurance Main contact person for auditors for the US region.
