Daily Duties at Jenkon International, Inc.:

Hired to design a car leasing application for the Bonus Care Incentive of a major client. Traveled to client sites to work directly with users on system designs and Fit Analysis. Did Fit Analysis producing a detailed description of gaps between the business needs of a client and Jenkon software. This document included proposed solutions ranging from simple procedural changes to custom programming solutions including cost estimates. Wrote detailed specifications to implement the custom programming solutions. Wrote SB+, DataBasic and Python programs to implement the specifications.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
