Offered mortgage brokers the most innovative loan products with competitive financing Managed and consulted mortgage brokers, loan agent, and realtors in funding and processing their loans via our direct lending capacity and business development. Increased total managed broker relationship to 28 brokers with a combined total of 44 branches. Acquired an average of 3.0 million dollar in loan production monthly, and consistently doubled my monthly production goal. Focused on providing quality service, providing solutions, networking and maximizing partnerships with group of realtors, brokers, and loan agents. Provided on-going presentations and hosted events to focus on our core products, the industry, and assisting our business partners in many levels to achieve success
