Daily Duties at Nec:
I sold enterprise communications and IT software and hardware systems to New York and Vermont state governments as primary vertical market, along with the healthcare and banking industries and K–12 and higher education institutions. Managed all facets of the business relationship at the C-level and marshaled the company resources necessary to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. Demonstrated resourcefulness in identifying new, alternate sources of revenue in a sluggish market, and specialized in winning back lost accounts. Teamed with sales engineers, service operations personnel, and project managers to respond to RFPs, create customized proposals, and win contracts by addressing customers’ broad-spectrum digital solutions needs, including VOIP, PBX, biometrics, data center, managed services, and AeroScout Healthcare services among other IT services.
