Directed team of analysts, accountants, and operations personnel across offices in New York, Chicago, London & Singapore. Monitored resource allocations through frequent reconciliation of intercompany balances. Coordinated IB and AE commissions, ensuring proper documentation, system input, and accurate payout before moving of funds. Involved in bringing department procedures into SOX compliance.
