Daily Duties at Visiting Nurses Association:
Home visits to patients recently discharged from hospitalization. Provided on-going assessment of patient's condition, comprehensive education of medications and medication management, wound care, anti-coagulation management, IV therapy, oxygen therapy, and community resource referrals.
