Daily Duties at The Raines Group:
Present concepts to develop realistic and long range business plans on a timely and cost effective basis. Design comprehensive marketing campaigns geared to specific needs of a project from launch to sustaining momentum by supplying informational and sales materials at various venues. Perform market analysis for clients seeking a long term investment, execute financial analysis, ROI and negotiate contracts with the goal of successfully bringing the contract to the closing table through the due diligence period. Work with the broker to expand the company’s visibility and scope of clients.
