Daily Duties at Family Health International:

Provides technical, operational, and research leadership in Contraceptive Product Testing within The Product Quality and Compliance (PQC) Division. Primary functions are the day-to-day operation of laboratory activities in the Physical Testing Laboratory. Those activities include; Train and supervise physical testing staff. Coordinate long and short - term projects from inception through completion with emphasis on meeting deadlines, setting test priority, and adherence to test standard(s) so that product is properly evaluated for compliance to product specification so that stakeholder interests are addressed. Write, review, and revise Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Review test data, write and distribute reports as directed by Company and Divisional procedures. Coordinate laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance program with Outside Calibration Laboratory. Perform repairs and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation as necessary.
