• Performed customer turnups for the PremierSERV managed services customers in Arlington Heights, IL • Installed, configured, maintained and supported HP NNMv6.2, Cisco Works and Netcool on 55 Solaris 8 Sun-Fire 280R management servers • Configured and supported Cisco routers for new and existing Frame Relay circuits for PremierSERV managed services • Performed troubleshooting and configuration of Cisco routers, NMS platforms and Frame Relay networks • Installed and configured SNMP and TL-1 network monitoring of Cisco ONS-15454, ONS-15530, and ONS-15540 optical platforms • Created and revised Korn Shell scripts for HP Network Node Manager to perform special network operations • Configured OVO servers for monitoring customer Windows and Cisco Call Manager servers
