• Supported and maintained HP Openview Node Manager Versions 6.x, 7.x, 8i and 9i for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network and Security (VA-NSOC) Center in Hines, Illinois • Supported and maintained HP Openview Node Manager on 8 Solaris Sun-Fire v490 servers • Supported and maintained HP SiteScope monitoring software for monitoring VA websites. • Installed, configured and maintained HP SiteScope versions 10, 11 for monitoring tool for VA websites • Supported and maintained Ciscoworks servers for maintaining VA distribution and access routers • Installed, configured and maintained HP Network Node Manager version 9i on two Windows 2003 servers
