Develop quality control programs, including statistical procedures and techniques, ensuring compliance with CBER, CDER and FDA regulations. Report to laboratory director on authorized inter-laboratory prophecies. Collect and process laboratory specimens, and follow shipping and handling as required per protocol. Indoctrinate HIPAA and OSHA compliance regulations and training. Work with HR and others to develop an effective compliance-training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all
