Client Service, Team leadership. : product management and client service for a software company which sold data delivery via remote-access software, analysis tools via software, and data about tracking sales of consumer products. I enjoyed working with the programmers to design reports that best demonstrate the value of the data. I enjoyed creating the marketing materials to showcase the reports to the retailer community and demonstrate the impact of the knowledge to be gained in using the information. Later, I implemented software upgrades for manufacturing clients and taught a staff of junior managers how to provide client service in updating the databases.
