Daily Duties at Acdi Voca Non Profit Organization:
Processed International travel converting currency into America dollars in order to process the travel. Make sure that each vochuer had the appropriate documentation such as: the rates for M&IE and Lodging. Had to input voluteer travel and expense reports auditing for correct amounts and making sure each expense had the correct signitures. Coded and entered over 60 invocies into GCS Premier Accounting System and than posted and did a check run for vendors and Domestic and International travel.
