Daily Duties at Stg:
Processed over a 100 Vendors, Consultants and Sub-Contractos a week. Date stamped invoices made sure they had proper signatures and coded correctly. Used the PO moudule and inquiry screen in the Deltek Accounting System to determine if enough money was allocated for the invoice. Audited travel expense reports to make sure the expenses were done on the correct ISO forms and all the travel had the proper attachments and signitures. Once the invoices are entered on the voucher edit reporte which is generated through Deltek. The invoices were selected to be paid and than posted to the General ledger using the Deltek System. The travel was done using the Time and Expense modual through Deltek which the employee enters it and than it gets audited and down loaded and printed out as a voucher. A eft is set up for the money to go directly into the employees account.
