Daily Duties at Hilco Transport, Inc.:
Oversee the implementation of and direct training programs to verify relevance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance as well as ensure that its content satisfy the customer and company requirements Closely monitor and leverage training budgets Administer training schedules and interface with all affected parties Facilitate periodic assessment and revision of training curriculums; supervise and restructure specialized training courses to address immediate business requirements Acknowledge fulfillment of customer contract training requirements Manage personnel training regarding performance of duties and accomplishments of assigned objectives Supported other managers in confirming accuracy of training record as well as compliance with applicable regulations Direct and facilitate training for more than 200 employees to secure their conformity with regulations for the newly hired employees and yearly recurrent training Certified Smith Defensive Driving Instructor Member of Hilco Transport Emergency Response Team
