• Assisted in the preparation of Monthly Financial Statements-Revenue & Expense by month, budget vs. actual month and year-to-date, balance sheet, accounts receivable aging and deferred revenue. • Managed Accounts Payable Department invoice and check processing; providing information and reports relative to accounting records, vendor statistics and payment records. • Prepared daily Cash Flow report for the Executive Team. • Maintained journal entries; and analyzed general ledger accounts for accuracy • Managed the monthly general ledger close process to help ensure the timely completion of accurate financial statements • Trained, Supervised and evaluated support staff. • Provided on-going and routine data reports to executive management on the department’s progress and achievement of pre-established corporate objectives and financial goals. • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Application 10.0 (for GL, AP, Bank Reconciliations); FRX Reporting Tool; GP Reports/Forms; Microsoft Office • Special projects as needed, including working on cross functional teams and directly with the CFO.
