Daily Duties at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center:

• Manage Accounts Payable Department invoice and check processing • Provide information and reconciliation reports relative to the general ledger accounting records for month end close • Maintain purchase order module; vendor statistics and payment records. • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals in daily payroll operations and processing bi-weekly payroll (ADP Pay Expert and ADP E-Time) • Processing and posting all payroll journal entries for month end close • Quarterly payroll account reconciliations • Resolve Payroll discrepancies • Processing wage garnishments • Performance reporting (analysis, insight, communication) – identify implications and action plans to drive improved performance • Prepare and submit monthly & Quarterly required billings and cost reports for Federal and State funders • Assist in labeling and assigning accounts for Fixed Assets through the Clearing account to FA module • Process monthly depreciation routine • Assist in reconciling the Fixed Asset module to controlling account • Reconcile Bank Statements & Balance Sheet accounts • Assist in agency audits • Provide assistance to fellow fiscal staff in regards developing reports in Fiscal reporting system (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains-FRX Reporting; Integration Manager) • Other duties as assigned
