Managed the community relations efforts related to Superfund hazardous waste sites, including holding public meetings; writing, editing, and publishing project fact sheets; and coordinating efforts with federal, state, and local government entities and public and private groups. Participated in “Total Quality Management (TQM)” and “Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC)” training.
