Reported to senior managers and peers on the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Air Force Space Surveillance System integration contractor against the annual operating plan for the mission processing system and depot level maintenance system. Coordinated all aspects of financial planning for multiple divisions including interfacing with top-level management within the AF Space Command and Electronic Systems Command structures. Prepared and justified Procurement Documentation (PDoc) for FY07 Investment Equipment purchases utilized by United States Air Force Space Command, Secretary of Air Force and DoD to justify requirements to Congress. Established spend plans and monitored adherence to financial plans and schedules, identified program problems and obtained solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
