Daily Duties at Cargotec:

functioning as the CFO of the global business product line, with multiple manufacturing facilities worldwide and 30 sales offices globally. Reporting to the head of the business VP of Terminal Tractor product line, later I was promoted into. I led management reporting activities, review and validate monthly consolidated results and participated in monthly review. Acting as a strategic business partner to the head of the business, serving on the management team. Managing all financial matters, not limited to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost control, pricing model, giving financial guidance on business matters, bonds/warranties, restructuring and project management, and training / mentoring international controllers of plants and sales office, coordinating with the corporate Headquarters finance.
