Cleaned data involves data logic checking, duplicates checking and missing value refill. • Used SAS Enterprise Guide to forecast aggregate customer demand for 13107 SKUs using Exponential Smoothing, Winters’ Additive, Winters’ Multiplicative and ARIMA models • Selected the model with the smallest out of sample MAPE for each SKU • Forecasted actual order quantity using ARIMA model with forecasted allowable and planned order quantity as explanatory variables • Refined models for SKUs with out of sample MAPE greater than 20% • Forecasted 93% of the SKUs to an accuracy of greater than 80% Caesars Entertainment Corporation • Used SAS, SQL Server, and VBA to create a flexible and dynamic enterprise-wide automated reporting system showing key financial, labor, marketing, customer, and gaming metrics and saved 2 weeks prep time previously needed by multiple CEC analysts to produce this report manually • Developed SAS macro programs to produce monthly detailed gaming performance reporting for all 36 Caesar’s Entertainment casinos • Engaged in the creation of daily variable labor, weekly and monthly full time employee reports
