Daily Duties at Loews Hotels At Universal Orlando:
I was hired on February 06 as a Security Supervisor and was promoted to Security Manager on October 06 and was promoted again on May 08 as a Assistant Director of Security. And in that role, I was in charge of the Day to Day Security Operations of 3 hotels for a total of 2400 rooms.Assisted in the development and implementation of emergency procedures. Conducted investigation of all losses of property assets and refered to proper management for disposition. Deployed Security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets. Conducted periodic patrols and assessment of the 3 hotels. Handled complaints and settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts. Implemented action plans to monitor and control risk. Provided medical attention to guests and employees on a timely basis. Maintained required reports and the hotel lost and found for all 3 hotels.
