Daily Duties at Loews Annapolis Hotel:
I was promoted to Director of Security at that hotel. I was hired to assess the property and make the appropriate change for the Safety and Security of the hotel.Assisted in the implemented and updated the hotel emergency procedures. Conducted all investigation of all losses of the property assets and refered to proper management for disposition. Deployed Security satff to effectively monitor and protect property assets. Conducted periodic patrols of the entire property and parking areas. Handled complaints and settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts. Acted as the Hotel Manager on Duty on busy days and nights. Implemented action plans to moitor and control risk. Provided medical attention to guests and employees on a timely basis. Maitained required reports and the hotel lost and found. Created and implemented a new cameras system for the hotel.
