Daily Duties at Four Seasons Hotel:

I was recruited by the Director of Security of the Four Seasons in Washington, DC to open a new Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore, MD which I never did before! So I was hired two months before the opening of the hotel with no Security staff and no Security policies. Designed and implemented the hotel emergency procedures. Conducted investigation of all losses property assets and refered to proper management for disposition. Deployed the Security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets. Complied with all Corporate Safety and Security management guidelines and procedures. Conducted periodic patrols of the entire property and parking areas. Handled complaints, settling disputes and resolving grievance and conflicts r otherwise negotiating with others. Identifies and make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices. Implemented action plans to monitor and control risk. Maintained required reports and documentation regarding patrols of the hotel and parking areas and the hotel lost and found.Created the entire key system and master keys for the hotel staff. Provided medical attention on a timely basis if needed for gests or employees.
