Daily Duties at Organizational Excellence Consulting Llc:
I set out to facilitate and train organizations in the areas of team building, process/policy development, performance management, and Project management. I took on a retained role at MrWatch, providing weekly direction and project development/management to set structure, policy/procedure, and team building/talent acquisition to fuel revenue growth to the point that I could take a full time role in the organization, which I did in 2012. In addition to this, I continued to work with Homesite as a consultant for key initiatives after my departure. I also developed relationships and consulted for: FedEx Custom Critical, The University of Akron, and Can-Do Promotions Inc.
