Daily Duties at Summit Racing Equipment:
I was hired to: Provide Subject Matter Expert support to evening staff (sales and service), perform coaching and education to call center reps along prescribed process, and perform specialized tasks requiring work in fulfillment, marketing, retail, and other operations as they touched the sales/service call center operation. Actual duties: In addition to the above, I provided analytic support to management in development of new forecasting and staffing models, assisted in new hire training, performed process improvement projects for call center functions (specifically those that involved interaction with other business units), and performance management of evening call center staff.
