Daily Duties at Kasper Holdings:

I was hired to: Manage a team of 4-5 operations leaders to drive profitable growth and control cost. Draft operations budget and maintain quarterly compliance. Hire and retain talent necessary to fulfill operational requirements. Create policy/procedure for operational units. Develop leadership skills in managers. Direct ongoing improvement projects to increase revenue, reduce expense, and build company value. My duties actually were: (In addition to the above) Develop KPI’s and budget for Marketing, Procurement, IT, and sales organizations; and, manage performance to these KPI’s. Develop and maintain PMO (Project management Office) for the company. Develop additional revenue opportunities including the creation and management of a wholesale distribution program. Meet with business partners to develop relationships and expand scope of core business.
