Daily Duties at Department Of 4 H And Youth Development, North Carolina State University:
Developed facility from a summer camp into a year round camp, conference and educational /training facility serving more than 12,000 annually. Provided support for youth development programs and training for county 4-H faculty statewide with emphasis in environmental education, teen leadership development and youth at risk program design. Created the operational systems for staffing, budgeting, marketing, scheduling/hospitality management, and programming for new 10 million dollar conference and training center (opened in May 2001) and designed and delivered youth development programs for the 4-H program.
