Daily Duties at Advantage 360:

• Manage support department, daily operations, and project manager for telecommunication billing Software Company. • Quote projects and assist with design reviews, unit testing, and project scheduling. • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including the entire SDLC • Define SOWs, technical project scope, goals and deliverables that support business requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management • Customer liaison and international trainer for requirements analysis and defect tracking. • Analyze and research reported defects in product. • SQL Data mining and report writing. • Write technical documentation for installations and manuals. • Perform quality assurance and verification of the software process. • Work directly with CEO and executive management on processes and daily operations.
