Supported in the creation and launch of the second LIVE magazine-style product placement show in the U.S for Gannett Broadcasting. „ Increased show revenue to $500,000 (surpassing goals) annually through selling sponsorships (over 100 clients) and building 28 community partnerships (including Arco Arena, Ikea, Arden Hills among others). „ Contributed to average show rating increase from 5,000 to over 80,000 viewers over a five-year period. „ Personally booked over 10,000 guests to engage viewers with informative stories on a broad range of topics. „ Managed a team of six in the planning and execution of the show. „ Successfully mentored producers and associate producers on the staff to creatively impact the show. „ In charge of all key elements for the look and feel of the show including: editorial content, research, visuals, all technical aspects, structure, organization and implementation. „ Responsible for a $10,000 budget, including promotional items and various expenses. „ Re-designed the show’s website to draw viewers, promote partners and highlight local events. „ Created a Standard Operating Procedures manual so all staff knew the optimal daily flow of the show. „ Assisted in the selling and executing of brand integration segments and themed weeks „ Coordinated and produced live shots, and field shoots for on air packages „ Constructed AVID rundowns, visualize show, write all scripts, direct graphic artist and video editor on a daily basis.
