 Served as Executive Assistant to Plant Manager & Management Team  Prepare and support 10 year O&M/Capital budget process  Prepare and communicate analyses of all significant actual to budget variances once a month  Ensure account codes are properly applied to work orders, requisitions, expense statements, direct payment invoices, credit card purchases  Help ensure the integrity of accounting systems, process, procedures and controls as related to the plant.  Perform required control activities to ensure compliance.  Accounts Receivable  Time Keeping  Administrator for Procurement Cards  Prepare expense statements, Check requests, Travel arrangements, and meeting arrangements  Plan and organize Family Day, Christmas Party and other Plant activities  Maximo, Oracle ADI, Stars, SAM, IExpense, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, AVI, Document Direct, Budworks, Ships, and Power Plant
