Served as Executive Assistant to Plant Manager & Management Team Prepare and support 10 year O&M/Capital budget process Prepare and communicate analyses of all significant actual to budget variances once a month Ensure account codes are properly applied to work orders, requisitions, expense statements, direct payment invoices, credit card purchases Help ensure the integrity of accounting systems, process, procedures and controls as related to the plant. Perform required control activities to ensure compliance. Accounts Receivable Time Keeping Administrator for Procurement Cards Prepare expense statements, Check requests, Travel arrangements, and meeting arrangements Plan and organize Family Day, Christmas Party and other Plant activities Maximo, Oracle ADI, Stars, SAM, IExpense, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, AVI, Document Direct, Budworks, Ships, and Power Plant
