Daily Duties at Reebok Int:
• Managed small design group responsible for creating entire Licensed Hot Market Events such as Winter Classics, Pro Bowl, Stanley Cup Championships and Super Bowl Events. • Led Headwear Design for all four NHL Winter Classic Events, resulting in increased profits from $200,000 to $1,000,000 per event. • Increased NHL overall profits in design dept. from $2,000,000 to $8,000,000 per year. • Promoted to the Designer of NHL” Center Ice” official headwear, while performing multiple design projects thru-out other leagues and categories. • Increased overall profits in all NBA, NHL, NFL markets with effective lifestyle design collections in color, fabric, and graphics. • Played key roles in designs that led the NFL market to growth in excess of $50,000,000 per year. • Created and delivered PowerPoint presentations in conjunction with the Director, Manger and Design teams that simplified and enhanced the quality of communication of concepts for internal and external customers. • Consistently involved in building thorough understanding of current trends, color, technology and sports-related products through research to keep abreast of consumer needs as well as future design direction.
