Daily Duties at Man Tech International Corp:

Serves as a Customer Service Representative. · Performs daily administrative functions in accordance with current DOD instructions and company’s stand operating procedures. · Responsible for the verification and distribution of documents, correspondence, and other material in accordance with DIA regulations and policies. · Routinely conduct inspections of outgoing and incoming documents for completeness. · Safeguards documents, mail, and related material in transit by taking all precautions to insure that materials are accurately delivered to a proper addressee and locate and identify the prescribed person or organization to which the materials are addressed if required. · Responsible for performing a variety of courier work of a complex nature, such as receiving, delivering, and collecting incoming and outgoing material, equipment, documents and other items such as office supplies, printer support and stored requested materials. · Operates all motor vehicles (light or heavy) in the accomplishment of assigned duties, performing first driver echelon maintenance on the vehicle and completing trip tickets. · Sorts and arrange the items to be delivered on the designated route according to prescribed stops; and delivers them by office, building number, or organization unit.
