Engaged as relationship manager for human resources contact center and KnowledgeBase vendor. Monitored monthly service level agreements to ensure meeting of contractual agreements. Coordinated training on new policies and procedures, monitored call-quality performance, and updated Interactive Voice Response flow charts. Organized migration schedules for human resources information system updates, ensuring 100% availability and accuracy of KnowledgeBase and case-management systems. Supervised human resources customer support and staffing support teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management guidance, and ensuring management of team monthly internal service-level agreements.
