Bank of America – Charlotte, North Carolina August 2012– February 2013 Vice President- Direct Response Marketing – Legal Servicing Communications Selected by one of the world’s largest financial service providers to lead all aspects of direct marketing communications for the remediation and mitigation of current audit and regulatory changes. Supported the company mission during a period of regulatory change, compliance and control, as well as intense scrutiny by news media. Developed and lead marketing efforts by providing world class clarity and transparency to our customers through all direct channels - both online and off-line. Bank of America– Charlotte, NC April 2010 – July 2012 VP- Transformation Portfolio Conversion Marketing Manager P- Transformation North West (WA/ID) Portfolio Conversion – Transformation- Responsible for the communications for the NW portfolio and to communicated regulatory changes to the customer. Through the use of data mining the portfolio my role was to ensure that the customers were communicated to about the right product the right time in order to meet legal notification period requirements One of the largest portfolio transformations done at Bank of America As the Legal require communication liaison Market Program and Data Management (SME) Subject Matter Expert. 1.6 Million Accounts/Relationships- $1M written communication . Cost savings as a direct result of my efforts- $600,000. VP- Transformation California (CA) Portfolio Conversion-The largest movement of any portfolio in the history of Bank of America. 35% of the retail business supporting GWIM, Consumer, Commercial Markets. This effort was completed so seamlessly and transparent to the customers that no follow up communications were needed to follow up communicate to customers. 36 Million accounts and customers were impacted, over 16 Million communications were mailed and as a result , overall - $8 Million in savings to the company and project. VP- Transformation Wealth Management Portfolio to Consumer Marketing Conversion– Served at the subject matter expert developed process for the execution of the communications, budget analysis, data needs assessment strategic marketing plan execution. 500,000 wealth management customer communications VP- Transformation Military Portfolio Conversion- Served as SME for the kickoff of this transformation served as data expert strategic development. Helped identify a process to ensure delivery. Much of the Designed a pre-launch campaign to get customers to respond to internet with updated information and address to ensure higher deliverability. Bank of America– Charlotte, NC October 2009– April 2010 VP- Customer Onboarding- Program Development Marketing and Project Manager Bank of America – Charlotte, NC September 2009 – March 2010 VP- Customer Referral Program Marketing Manager Chosen to lead the portfolio acquisition and deposit product growth– Created a sales and acquisition marketing program allowing existing customers to refer friends and family to Bank of America. Each referral resulted in a $25 deposits/ check placed in the customer account funded by BOA. This program was the leading edge of incentive marketing strategy and a key driver for new account acquisition.
