Daily Duties at V Soft Consulting Inc:
•Responsible for creation and maintenance of universes using Business Objects XI/6.0. •Provide reporting solutions to companies by understanding their business requirements. •Creation of ad-hoc reports using Web Intelligence as per the requirements. •Creation and maintenance of reports using Crystal Reports 2008. •Perform requirement gathering and create customized reports. •Worked closely with the data warehousing team helping them understand the business needs while designing loading processes for data. •Coordinate with the training team to help design training curriculum for end-users in the infoview environment and in creation of ad-hoc reports using Web Intelligence. •Provide ongoing production support, and resolving issues faced by the end-users.
