Daily Duties at University Of Texas Health Science Center At San Antonio:
•Gather requirements from the end-user and develop specifications for future development. •Involved in all stages of Project Life Cycle namely Design, Analysis, Development, Testing and Support. •Develop custom business intelligence solutions to enable the users to make better decisions. •Create new work flow and data flow processes. •Provide customer support to the applications and interact with the end-user to better understand their business needs. •Develop Data Entry systems giving the capability to users in analyzing what-if scenarios with Crystal Reports. •Optimize the performance of the current reports. •Assume Lead role for new report development projects, and customer interaction. •Work as the Primary Contact for the customer support team to resolve issues related to reporting. •Member of the workgroup formed to analyze and define business processes for handling customer issues according to ITIL standards. •Develop knowledge about EPIC system used for patient care. •Evaluate new BI tools such as OBIEE for potential implementation of the tool.
