Daily Duties at Hq Air Force Global Strike Command:

I was a "by-name"/select hire for this executive position by our organization's COO and CEO. The CEO & COO required an executive level organization to conduct, operate and execute Air Force Top Secret Classified Programs. I built an executive level enterprise that executed planning, programming, budget documents and requirement for all stages of the acquisition process. I was tasked to provide leadership to organization and project managers in implementing complex, difficult enterprise-wide programs. I provided strategic change management guidance and content specific business thought leadership to C-suite executives on a weekly basis. The Division collaborated with C-Suite and senior executives, management, multi and cross-functional teams, sister services and to address issues impacting the performance of the acquisition initiatives and mission operations. I provided risk management briefings to C-level executives identifying requirements, budgetary shortfalls, technology mitigation and transition issues, and project/program status during various phases of the acquisition process. The results of my efforts were a fully functional executive level organization in eighteen months. A current, active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this position.
