Responsible for the IBM Rational Brand for all of Latin America; Defining the portfolio of what solutions to sell, develop the sales and marketing plans for the region, mentor and lead the 3 sales regions. Managed; 3 Area Directors, 6 Sales Managers, and 15 Sales Representatives.
